FAST growing shade tree for two story house!

Any ideas on a fast growing decidious tree for a two story house that would kill the foundation of the house but provide some summer shade to the first story.

Shumard Oak
Tulip Poplar
Sugarberry
Red Maple
Sycamore

Silver Maple is big and fast growing but usually avoided due to weak wood. Most fast growing trees do have somewhat aggressive roots.
