stained glass on mirror

I was wondering if any of you have ever tried doing a mosaic directly on mirror. I am going to attempt using stained glass glued directly over mirror. If anyone has seen this done on any websites or has tried this themselves, please let me know. I would love to hear any advice. Thanks
