Hidden MSG

KNow where monosodium glutemate is hidden in your foods?

I read recently that the FDA approved food companies to not list it in the ingredient list, it can be hidden in such ingredients. as

if the word spices is listed in the ingredient list it could be in there.

and natural flavorings.

Lots of other ingred, that don't specificially say MSG

This is a drug, an addictive drug that makes you obese, and want to eat more. which is why they keep putting it in our foods.

Do you know of any other hidden ingredient list that might have hidden msg in it?

Inquiring minds want to know.
