Nothing to report on weight loss this week. Two pounds up even though I'm still maintaining diet as before. Time to switch gears again. I have been a little heavy handed with the saltshaker. Salts a bigger weakness for me than sweet stuff. We've also been doing more weights this week. Added squats and lunges to curcuit training this passed week. Legs SORE yesterday and this am. Hub's needed help yesterday putting 1x4's up for ceiling in my new room. Thought it was terribly funny seeing me cling to the ladder,pulling myself up the rungs with my teeth gritted...oh,Ha-ha!....LOL.
Guess there'll be no "free" day Sunday so I get that two pounds back off.
