16.5 inches tall. The tiniest so far.
The bottom is a pink lamp shade ... 99 cents at Goodwill
on top is vase ... 99 cents Goodwill
and the topper is a porcelain flower cart girl ... 1.00 at Dollar Tree

Talk about cheap and easy lol!... and oh so pretty!
