"Hoodie-Hoo".

When : February 20

On this winter day, people go out at noon, wave their hands over their heads and chant "Hoodie-Hoo".

It is a day to chase away winter and bring in spring. After all, everyone in the northern hemisphere are sick and tired of winter at this point and a little crazy being cooped up inside all winter and not seeing the sun.

LETS ALL YELL~~~~~~~~

I think if I was to do that my neighbors would call the men in the white coats...I'll do it tho just not too loud..You know your lots a fun..!!

thanks loretta- i luv FUN! I luv to make people laugh and smile! This time of year I know we are all getting a lil bored with the weather and waiting for spring!

This morning my 12yr old son woke up with red fingernails-seems he fell asleep and the 9yr old didnt!! :)

Im going to yell as loud as i can-my neighbors already know im crazy!

Dori......Well I yelled HOOOOOOOOOODIE HOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!! and Webster and his friend thought I was crazy.....roflmao......its freezing out there today, was gonna go in the greenhouse, but too cold to walk the 50 feet to it....

As for the neighbors they only are around on weekends or holidays. I have a neighbor behind me ,but he is used to my yelling at our dog. She is 1 year old and doesn`t remember what the word NO means. Aleta

I did go out to the greenhouse today it was 78 inside so i did some spray painting
Im think im going to start some "greens" in there and see what happens.
