Connecting cooking, tomatoes, recipes and whatever else, as a simple means of preserving our bounty of last summers tomatoes we froze large lots of tomatoes. The question is...now what? I have yet to thaw any of the them and am not certain if they should be blanched, mashed, chopped, diced, julienned etc. It seemd like a good idea at the time. Was it?
