Vision correction - Contacts/monovision ?

Anybody here doing the monovision contact thing to correct their vision? I got SO tired of my bi-focals (have been wearing them a year), that I'm trying the monovision contact correction.

How did/does it work for you? How long did it take you to adjust? Any advice/pointers?

I've got them in for the 1st time...feel kind of nauseous...........!
