Plastic craft angel pattern

I am looking for a pattern of a angel that was sold years ago and I can't find it now. If any one has any angel plastic craft patterns please let me know.
It was a shelf sitting doll that had a shirt that was jointed in cone type shapes and had approx 8 of the cones. The the head sat on top and some times had a collar and sometimes not.
