Made my first whole week on new diet program . Also worked out each morning except yesterday ,no weights today but went for a walk. I decided to start a journel to write down my foods,exercise,water intake and how the day went and what my mood and energy level was for that day. I also weighed this morning. !!???!!*#@$%^! Don't asked....if I told you,I'd have to kill you. Actually I told Anna_Z....don't make me kill ya,girl....LOL! I was thinking maybe of actually do a daily diary here in the journel section of DG. Does anybody else keep a diary? When I trained seriously,oh so many years ago,I faithfully kept a diary...probably still have them somewhere.
