toled i had new virus thats out

my sister works at cox internet in arizona, she got 2 email telling her that someone has been on her web site that has the new virus,she said they trased where it came from and they said it was from my computer.
i have run my virus scanner and my spy ware but nothing shows up.
does any one have a idear how to find out.need help soon
