What kind of food counts book you have?

Today I went and bought me new The Complete Food Counter by Annette B. Natow, Ph.D and Jo-Ann Heslin, M.A, R.D. There's many food counts books. I don't know which one is useful. All seems most same. I might bring that book back. I have old The Complete book of FOOD COUNTS sixth edition by Corinne T. Netzer. Now new seventh edition is coming out. I would like to buy that new one.
