Got down in the floor this am....not an easy feat any more....to try out my new stretch/pilates bands,thinking this is not going to be a biggy. WELL! Number 1,sitting cross-legged doesn't seem to be happening for me these days so I did the best I coould to get into the postions....LOL. Anywhoo,made it thru the first 4-5 exercises for 10 of each and ....OUCH! Well,it didn't look all that hard in the instruction booklet!Looks like it'll be slow and steady as she goes for a while.
Getting old ain't for the squimish!
