Making Perfume From Blossoms?

I saw a thread that discussed how to create a perfume or essential oil from fragrant blossoms, but I cannot locate it now... Can anyone direct me to a link or a website that details extraction or other methods to make scents? Nothing too dangerous - just some basic ABC's - Thanks!
