Thought I'd start the new thread this time. Hope everyone had a great family Christmas. Sad to say, I ate like a pig from noon till about 6 pm. The main meal wasn't bad, but then I scarfed down a piece of cherry dessert and the down fall was about 6 (yeah, I know, 6) rice krispie bars. Oh, and a smallish piece of chocolate cake. At that point I don't think the smallish part really helped me much, might as well have taken a big one. :>) Back on the wagon again tomorrow. But, I definitely will NOT step on the scale tomorrow morning, I couldn't stand to hear it scream in agony. Hope nobody cheated as much as I did.
