Platform for Earthboxes?

Corpus Christi, TX(Zone 9a)

I was thinking about raising my earthboxes up a bit so I don't have to bend as much and it would be easier on my knees. I know the boxes are pretty darn heavy when full. Does anyone else have their EB on a raised foundation? I was thinking a quick fix would be cinderblocks and 2x somethings perhaps long enough to fit two boxes side by side. Any thoughts or ideas?

can't see the harm in that.

We (my son & I) put down some pallets that we found over time in the warmer months.
We even managed to put sides (8" up,) attached to the pallets. I back filled the open slots with dropping leaves in the fall; and put the EB's back in there for winter protection.
