Argh! I need help!

Every year I pull my hair out trying to figure out what to get our German friend's 10-year-old son for Christmas. Since I never had children of my own I'm kind of out of my element to begin with but what the heck do I know about what little German boys want?!

Anyway, his mother tells me he wants a particular Yu-gi-oh card that is available in the USA but extremely expensive in Germany. It is a promo card. Well, I can find it easily enough but I'm confused about the difference between "ultra rare" and "secret rare" and "super rare". I'm scratching my head, going "Huh?"

Can anyone please help me here? I have no idea if this is the correct forum. Any help would be appreciated.
