Which Bamboo?

Want to plant a bamboo and I need a recommendation(s) --

Prefer clumping or not an aggressive runner

Prefer not over 15-20 feet (It will back up to a 6' fence near swimming pool)

Prefer one that requires little care here in the FL Panhandle and is hardy below freezing

That's my "wish list". Can you help?
