On my dd's computer, when she uses Google, she'll type in what she wants and click enter. When she clicks on one of the choices, something hijacks her computer and takes her to a porn site. This is NOT a pop up ad - its the same screen. When she clicks the back arrow, she goes back to Google. She has to do this scenario about 3-4 times and then it finally does take her to the proper web site. I've never heard of this before and really didn't believe it until I saw it happen.
So, the two fold question - what's going on and how do we get rid of it?
