Hi!...

Does anyone know what kind of insecticide can I use to prevent some bugs to eat the petals in sunflowers ?

The bugs are the same that attack the roses.They are very tiny and black

You have to use insecticide that kills by ingestion since those beetles will fly away when you will approach them, that means that you have little chance to kill them with an insecticide that kills on contact.
Rotenone powder, or liquid could help you but be carefull while using this stuff, never breathe it and protect yourself with gloves and long sleaves.
