How well do you cope with the cold while doing chores? I must have spent enough time with the sheep and other farm animals that I now adapt to the cold outside very well. After moving around a few minutes, I unbutton the coat even take it off and hang it on the barn door. Yes, even when the temperature is in the teens and lower, barring any big winds. I always keep my gloves on though, my hands are the first to freeze.
My problem is when I come back in the house - I want to turn all the heat soruces down, because the house feels stifling to me. And my DH is just the opposite, wants to turn the heat up as soon as he gets in. He tells me to go stand on the porch for awhile :)
