What type vines to grow together?

I'd like to plant 2 vines on the same trellis of 2 different colors that will bloom at 2 different times. I'd like one to stay evergreen for the winter. I was thinking about an evergreen clematis or a confederate jasmine mixed with a second one. Any suggestions? I hope one would not choke out the other. Thatnks.

Usually any single vine I plant tends to take over a trellis...have fun with the experiment!
