Need ideal help with a project for outdoors

I have a project I want to do and I am a little lost. I used to do a lot of crafting 8-10 yrs ago and haven't done much since. My creativity is really lacking inside my head.

I bought a T-shirt with a design and saying on it and want to make it into something I can use outdoors in all weather but I'm not sure what to do or how to protect it. I first thought of cutting the design from the shirt and trying to make it into a garden flag or some kind of plaque inside of plaxsie glass. I just need a way to be able to display it in a small space and for it to be weather proof. I hope someone has some ideals with maybe items they have done or with a similar project.
