I am trying my hand for the first time at quilting. I am making a memory pillow quilt for my youngest niece. I was asked to create a new thread since I had originally posted this in another thread - so if you joined me from there, welcome!!
I'm really new at quilting, but have done alot of reading on it.
Gardenwife, you had asked about the photo transfer...they sell iron on transfer paper at Joann's and I've gotten it in the past at other stores that sell inkjet paper. The photos hold up well. I did a basic pillow [not quilted] for my other niece around five years ago and the photos haven't faded at all.
