I need to open up a floppy in my WindowsXP system in which the data was orginally entered in Windows 95. All that comes up are lines of odds characters with the information stuck in between the characters. After waiting on the phone line for 'the next available technician" (I hate Dell service), they then told me I had to buy a service contract. I know that this can be done as I have had to do it once before, months and months ago. It is my DH's employment resume and I need this info. Help!!!!
