THE REMNANT VORTICITY MAXIMUM IS MOVING 270/15...AND SHOULD CONTINUE THIS GENERAL MOTION FOR ANOTHER 12-24 HR BEFORE BEING ABSORBED BY A MUCH LARGER...AND DEVELOPING... LOW PRESSURE AREA OVER THE SOUTHWESTERN CARIBBEAN SEA.

Nope, Breezy, not yet, just forming so far. It's waaaay late to get much steam we hope!
She now has a name, "Gamma" and is expected to follow Hurricane Wilma's path across S. Florida, probably becoming a hurricane.
