Words uttered by small mouths

I would like to hear some of the cute things children have said. My Granddaughter is 4 and she loves live plays. I have taken her to three plays now. During a recent performance of Cinderella, when the curtain came down at the conclusion of the first act she said " Grandma is it over or are they turning the page?"

My Grandson received a playwork bench for his birthday. He was playing and asking about each tool and part. He inquired about the flat plastic disk with holes. I explained that they were washers. I put a bolt, a washer and a nut together on the bench to show him. A couple minutes later he decides to dismantle it. He said "Grandma can you help me? I can't this washing machine off of here."

It's to bad they grow out of that innocents.
