Weight Loss Challange Nov 1 - 5

Figured would start another challenge week....hope everything is going well with you Eva Mae.

My new treat is yocheese. Take regular unsweetened yogurt and strain for 24 hours through a coffee filter or paper towels. Consistency much thicker - almost like cream cheese. I mixed mine with Almond extract, unsweetened coconut a few chopped walnuts and splenda. Definitely tasty - new type of treat.

I did so much with my snacking last week, that I'm trying to find other things to enjoy here that don't have so many carbs.
