Japanese Iris seeds

I have some seeds from my Japanese Iris and was wondering if there is anything I have to do with the seed before planting them.

Any info would be appreciated.

Have you had any cold weather for about 1 week at night? If so plant them in starting mix is what I do. If not I put them in the freezer for a couple of weeks to make them think they have had a freeze then plant.
