what's your freezer status?

saugatuck, MI(Zone 6a)

mine's FULL. gorged. elbow to elbow. stuffed. *GRIN*

gallon bags of white onions, whole.
ditto tomatoes, halved.
ditto bell peppers, whacked into big chunks.
ditto yellow crookneck squash.
ditto green beans.
ditto zuke.

quart bags of chives
ditto parsley
ditto sage
ditto rosemary
ditto oregano
ditto mint
ditto tarragon
plus 10 cups of homemade pestos in gladware.

blueberries in 4 cup portions, for pies.
ditto strawberries.
ditto apples, peeled, cored, sliced w/tapioca, sugar, lemon juice, cinnamon + nutmeg.

plus smoked sausage, chicken boobs, bacon, western pork ribs, and homemade breakfast patties.and some hotdogs and other stuff already done on the BBQ for winter meals when it's blowing snow sideways at minus 20f.

plus some other stuff, i think.

plus 10 # of soy margerine, gorgonzola, romano, cream cheese.

then there's the pantry..................
