morning glories

Hi' hope someone can help my mg seed come in clumps dry hanging down well lady at work has a beautiful blue and purple vine and I don't see any seeds and all the buds are pointed up WHERE are the seeds we live in Milw, Wisc and I"n Stumped please help!!!! Thank You Sharon
