Do any of you have regular Dexa Scans to check your bone density? My Dr. has recommended that I have one every 2 years. About 5 years ago my initial one showed diminished bone, and was put on Fosomax. Took it for 2 years and had another scan, the improvement was so great that I was taken off the medicine. I just had one last week, and was told I had bones of a 25 year old. (|I am 58) All I am doing now is taking a multi-vitamin and 400 mg of calcium a day.

Tell me what your daily regimine is. Do you exercise? Load up on dairy products. What?
