I am in Australia and never have a problem either getting seed from OS or sending. I am sending out hundreds of seeds every week. I am even interested in buying quality fresh seed via Pay Pal.
My trades consist of ten seeds per trade (other arrangements available) I don’t require
A declaration.
Seed is fine in a plain non padded envelope.
Seed delivery can take up to 14 days to reach some countries.
