Please bear with me - I have planted tomatilloes for the very first time this year and have absolutely no idea how to tell if they are ripe let alone make something delicious out of them.
When I called the nursery that I bought my 4 spindly plants from they just laughed and said I was the only one who bought some so they buried the rest.
There are literally a gazillion - well at least several dozen on each of the 4 plants. Once I harvest them what can I make with them. Need a recipe that is tried and true for my first shot at it, maybe then I could get adventursome.
