tf,
I looked back over her profile page for clues.
I could spot the yard if it looks now as then.....
heavy pine tree area , dog eared fence, gazebo..........
but otherwise..................

No trades to track makes it tough.

Wonder if Trish has any info?

Ric, i will ask Trish if need be. but, i also may have found her, if her name is really danika. i gave the phone number and address to NemantanthusNut who also lives in Mandeville

it was just an accident that i found her, as her parents posted a request for her to call, and they named her town "MandeRville"... luckily Danika is not as common as you might suppose...

i will give an update, [or Nuts will] when we know something. hopefully good news, but might need some new perennials HINT, HINT!!!

Fritch, TX(Zone 6b)

Cincinnati, OH(Zone 6b)

When Trish gave out the Dmail contact lists I got A-C.
For some reason I've been working alphabetically.
Zapdaigle is the last missing name in LA.

This may be naiive, but doesn't Dave have the real names and addresses? Can he help? Or does on-line security prohibit that?

So.App.Mtns., United States(Zone 5b)

Dave only has limited information, depending on how they paid for a subscription.

Fritch, TX(Zone 6b)

no, woodspirit, you are not naive. some people were contacted that way by Trish and Dave. Many have been found also throught the address exchange. if you are n't listed there, please ocnsider it. what darius siad is correct, and that is what has led to so many DGers un-accounted for. we certainly hope and pray that they are fine and just busy and/or relocated. if i had lost everything, my garden might be on the back burner for a while. but until we confirm each and every one of them, we honestly just don't know ;-(

How many have not checked in yet?

Fritch, TX(Zone 6b)

in the weather forum, there are "check in" threads for the various hurricanes. MarylynTX keeps them updated, and lists by state who hasn't checked in and who has. i have not been there to see lately, guess where i am headed...

Fritch, TX(Zone 6b)

actaully, the Katrina check in list is in the Hurricane Katrina forum. here are the recent stats from that thread...

"Alabama - 53 subscribers, 40 heard from - 76% checked in

Louisiana - 77 subscribers, 48 heard from - 63% checked in

Mississippi - 46 subscribers, 36 heard from - 78% checked in

This message was edited Nov 2, 2005 9:51 AM"

i wish i knew how many of them are staying in a tent on these cold nights...

I guess another mass mailing may be in order.

Glad the 'old typers' are working better now tf!
Dave's is good rehab eh? lol
