My GE Optical mouse will for no rhyme or reason decide to freeze on me. This has been happening for about the last 3 weeks. Nothing new installed on the computer, nothing uninstalled or anything like that. Just will freeze. I have to ctrl + alt + del and use arrow keys to reboot. Always works fine for a while after I reboot. It froze 4 times on me today, but not at all yesterday. Doesn't seem to matter what activity I happen to be doing either.

Does anyone have any idea why this is happening?

And if we get this tackled......I have this little printer problem, lol.

*crossing fingers that somebody smart will take pity and help*

edited to add: I'm limping on Win 98.
