I have been making Freezer Jelly for a long time, however this is the first time I used a Liquid Pectin. Much to my surprise, It did not jell up the way the powdered kind does. I now have 8 pints of Jelly that I really have to find a way to thicken up or I sure hate to toss it. Does anyone have any suggestions here. Has this ever happened to anyone.
