6 weeks ago I made the 'Carter' pickles, and I wll make them again! I tasted my 1st today and it was awsome! Crunchy and Kosher! I changed the ingrediants a bit by buying 'pickling' spice at the grocery store but I did the hot water bath the same as the Carter recipe, it was quick and simple.
