Absolutely start praying NOW. We cannot have a repeat of last year with hurricanes hitting the same areas over and over.
The only thing that Katrina may provide is the ride for Lee and Maria up to the north pole without hitting the US....Yippee.

Man, It sure became a tropical storm quickly! It looks (so far, and it's really too early to be sure) that it is just gonna wander around in the Atlantic, too. Tough for Bermuda.. I sure wouldn't want to live there, even if the taxes are supposed to be wonderful!!
Well, it looks like Maria and Nate are heading out....thank goodness! Now there is a depression hanging off the FL coast that has enough circulation that it is sending bands of rain across us. The planes are flying into it this morning.
I sure hope we don't have a storm named "Ophelia". How ominous to have a storm named after poor Ophelia in Hamlet!
