I'm kind of new to nanas and so all my plants are newish. I knew that they like potatasium added but I didn't have any leaves to mulch the plants with yet.
I was kinda tired of eating a bunch of bananas and using the peels and I didn't see much results either.
I only like bananas when they're still slightly green so I had a half a dozen that went bad pretty fast on me when they lost their appeal. I put the whole bananas in the blender with some water and make a really disgusting smoothie with them. Then I put it in a bucket and added a few drops of superthrive and more water and stirred.
I watered my bananas with it. You have to do it slow because it takes a little while to absorb with all the pulp.
My bananas are growing like crazy now and I've never seen healthier bananas! It's really worth it if you don't mind some ants and flies. I didn't notice any thoguh b/c my plants are away from the house.
