Passiflora Serritifolia just not growing?!

I have a P. serratifolia and it's not growing at all. It wasn't very healthy when I bought it and it's just a small plant, about the size of a cutting.

I thought maybe I had it in too large of a pot so I switched it to a small one and still nothing. I've varied watering, and from full sun all the ways to shade. I also tried plant food and super thrive and still nothing.

It has some pathetic leaves at the base and it has another section of vine but that part just stays bare but the vine is green.

I'm at a loss and would like to see some growing!

I can take a pic if it'll help.
