We're building a new home; however, we've got to sell the one we're in ;) Around our area, you can get a lot more if there is 'hardscaping'. Our next door neighbor is an asphalt contractor and got us a good deal on concrete pavers, etc. So.....here's the beginning of the wall - no the foundation isn't leaking, just kept running the spigot now and then to cool our head towels. We're making progress....
