Hi,
usually I just post in the rose and DL forum since I haven't had a vegetable garden in almost 20 years.
But our son and family just moved from Arizona to Maine to live with us.He startet a vegetable garden late with a few basics but eveything is going good to great ,so he is definately interested :-)
Our other grown son is a chef and uses celeriac root alot of times just like me ...WHEN I can find it locally.
Now to my question.Has anyone in zone 4/5 grown celeriac root and how successful will it be ?
Thank you,
Brigitte
