First datura this year

Mine came up as volunteers. I moved them to a pot. Just now blooming. It smells wonderfulllllll!!!

Marcy, aren't they a wonderful plant. Mine are all volunteers and I've mostly just let them grow where they planted themselves. Let one grow in a small back door garden this year and may have to do some major pruning soon. All the other plants are living in shade now.

I see you have yours near the door too. Does it have the wonderful aroma? I actually thought all Dats did but I see some question about it. somewhere?

Hi Blooms! Mine came up in my mailbox planter...and since I changed it around this year..I didn't want them there...so I put them in a container. Yessss...they smell wonderful..but only at night! No fragrance during the day at all. Thanks Blooms..ohh and btw...I will be gathering your phlox seed soon!
