Does anyone else harvest leaves from their grape vine for cooking. This isn't in my tradition but after reading about it I tried it this year stuffing them for Dolmas I guess it is called. I still have tons in my freezer. I blanched them, dried them off and froze them. They have a nice tart flavor. Is there any other way to cook with grape vine leaves?
Apparently Mulberry leaves can be used for this as well but I haven't tried this yet.
