Freezing zuchini for bread

Baytown, TX(Zone 9b)

you can do alot in a little bit of time. I used my food processor.

Do not blanche the zucchini before you grate,

If they are big, remove seeds, grate, measure out 2 cups pour into a 1 qt ziploc freezer bag.
Lay the bag flat on your counter smooth out air and seal. Takes up less space.

When time to bake it is already measured, thaw and use.

Edited to say: keeps along time in the freezer. I have used after 1 year in there.
