First canning of the season

Today canned 4 quarts of tomato juice, 5 quarts of green beans and 2 pints of pickled beets. I will be making relish tomorrow. I am using yellow squash ground up with onion, cucumbers and green peppers. If anyone is interested I will post the recipe upon request.
