Is this 'mosaic virus' on callas?

Is this "mosaic virus" on my callas? I'll post more pictures. One bunch of plants had leaves like this now all of my colored callas leaves are like this. Some of the leaves look ruffled on the sides of them and they don't look healthy.

These are leaves from colored callas that live in containers outside where they receive full sun until about 2pm.
