Has anyone heard fo someone having this done? My neice and her husband, both weighing well over 300 pounds have decided to have this procedure done. Its supposed to be a microscopic type thing and only in hospital overnight. I had never heard of this before and she says the insurance will cover it. There is a period of counsiling involved also. Then supposidly when they lose the amount of weight they need, then they undergo the procedure to clip the band? I am just curious about this whole thing.
