Well, I picked the last of the peas last night. While in the garden, I pulled up the plants, and DH is preparing that spot to plant something else. The yellow squash is beginning to set, and I sure will have a lot. DH always plants three times the amount we need. He says one seed is for the birds, one that always fails to germinate and the third one for us. As easy as it is to grow, now guess what kind of harvest I will have!!
Peas finished for the season
my peas are also finished for the season. Sure didn't get the quantity of peas we got last year - must be the funny weather we had this spring here in north Georgia.
